Description: Rock Hill School District Three is soliciting bids for a HVAC maintenance and repair. Inclusive of repairs to controls, control components and complete control systems. Our goal is to establish a group of approved contractors capable of performing HVAC, Refrigeration, and Controls service work. We expect there will be at least 2 mechanical service contractors and at least 2 controls contractors awarded an IDC. We encourage any qualified contractors to participate in this bid. Please specify the discipline of work you are bidding. Example: HVAC, Controls, Refrigeration, or any combination. Due to the variety of manufacturer’s controls equipment installed in the School District, qualified CONTROLS contractors must be capable of servicing at least one major brand listed below in the scope section. The HVAC/Mechanical scope section gives examples of equipment and desired service capability. Same for Refrigeration scope.
