The Town of Bluffton is
soliciting competitive sealed bids from experienced and qualified Offerors to relocate
existing utilities, improve drainage, install erosion and sediment control
measures and landscape a raingarden in the right of way adjacent to the
Campbell Chapel AME Church.
1. Relocation
of existing utilities, that include but may not be limited to, landscaping
irrigation, fiber optic and electrical lines.
2. Excavation
and installation of drainage structures and pipes.
3. Excavation,
fine grading, landscaping of rain garden
4. Sod
remaining areas disturbed from construction
5. Erosion
and sediment control
