Description: The City of Laurinburg is accepting proposals from qualified service providers until 2:00 p.m. EST on Wednesday, January 3, 2018 to provide tree trimming and removal services. The proposals need to be submitted sealed and include all the requirements of the Request for Proposal document. At the time and date above, proposals will be opened. Proposals received after the time for opening will not be accepted and will be returned unopened. Interested, qualified service providers are invited to submit a proposal for consideration. A full copy of the RFP, with submittal requirements, may be obtained electronically from the City of Laurinburg website at http://www.laurinburg.org/business/#purchasing-rfps, or by contacting Harold Haywood, General Services Director, at 910-276-2364 or hhaywood@laurinburg.org. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, in whole or in part, as may, in the judgment of the City, serve its best interest and to waive irregularities and informalities in any proposals submitted.

The City will re-evaluate at the end of the current fiscal year for an annual term contract for this service.
