Description: This Request for Proposals (RFP) seeks one contractor to provide shared-ride paratransit services to the City of Murfreesboro under a purchase-of-service agreement.
 
The CITY will award a contract to the proposer whose offer conforms to this Request for Proposals and whose offer is the most advantageous to the CITY. The CITY will consider the proposer's qualifications, experience, fiscal stability and resources, contractor integrity, record of compliance with public policy, record of past performance, and financial and technical resources, as well as, price in awarding a contract resulting from this RFP.
 
The Successful proposer will be expected to enter into a Purchase of Service Agreement with the City of Murfreesboro. The Sample Agreement is contained in Attachment 10 as well as all Addendums issued, executed applicable Federal, State, and Agency Clauses and Certifications, and this Request for Proposal. All Proposers should carefully review the Purchase of Service Agreement, including all attachments, and other information provided.

Pre-Bid Meeting Details: A pre-proposal conference will be held 10:00am on July 11, 2019 at City Hall located at 111 West Vine St., Murfreesboro, Tennessee. Firms planning to submit proposals are encouraged, but not required, to attend
