Question: We noticed that the RFQ document mentions submitting the bid online and sending a copy to Stephanie Ramirez. However, the portal indicates that bids should be submitted online only. Could you kindly confirm whether submitting the bid through the portal alone is sufficient? Thank you in advance for your clarification
Response: Yes submitting online only is fine, we only offer to accept hard copies in case for some reason a vendor is unable to submit online.
