Description: The City of Willard, Missouri (“the City”) requests qualified independent Certified Public Accountants to submit proposals to enter into a contract to perform Financial Auditing Services as detailed in the specifications. The City has an approximate population of 6344, operates a municipal potable water system with approximately 3200 customers, and a wastewater collection and treatment system with approximately 2400 customers, which are City owned and maintained, with approximately 3200 statements mailed per month.  The total operating budget for 2023 is estimated to be $ 10,500,000.00.
