Description:

The Bidder must be a Licensed General Contractor in the State of Florida. 

Providing all labor, materials and equipment to accomplish the removal of approximately 17,700 square feet of existing built-up roof membrane and replacement with new single ply roof membrane on the Highlands County Courthouse located at 430 South Commerce Avenue, Sebring, Florida 33870.  The project also includes removal and replacement of tapered insulation in certain areas, removal and replacement of certain mechanical equipment, removal and replacement of metal coping and other flashing, removal and replacement of existing lightning protection system, and other items as noted on the construction drawings or in the specifications.
