Pre-Bid Meeting Details: A pre-Bid conference for the project will be held at 10:00 A.M. on March 24, 2016 at the City of Columbia’s main office at 700 North Garden St., Columbia, TN 38401. Representatives of OWNER and ENGINEER will be present to discuss the Project. Bidders are encouraged to attend and participate in the conference.
