Bids received after this time will neither be considered or accepted. (These are two separate projects that will bid at the same time and will share a Pre-bid Meeting) All proposals received by the time and date stated above will be opened and read publicly at 4:00pm local time on Thursday, January 19, 2017 in the Band Room of Portage Central High School, 8135 South Westnedge Ave., Portage, MI 49002. Bids may be mailed to Owen-Ames-Kimball Co. – Kalamazoo, 161 E Michigan Ave., Kalamazoo, MI 49007. Mailed bids must be received prior to the bid due time and date stated above.
