Question: I can't seem to find the tours that you would like us to bid on? I have read over all the documents. Please give me a list of destinations so I can submit.
Response: This is not a traditional bid. This is a request for qualifications. We want your statement and credentials why you are the best Tour company for our Senior Program. We will recommend one or more companies to the Board of Regents for approval. Once approved by the Board, the College will have the chosen company(s) to provide various trip options to the Senior committee and they along with the college administration will decide which recommended trips are to be submit to the Board for approval. Once the selected trips are approved by the Board, the tour company and college will contact seniors to sign up for the selected trips. If the trip obtains the minimum participation, we will take the trip. If they don’t have enough senior interest, the trip will be dropped. The tour company will collect all the funds from the seniors for the proposed trips.
