Title: Implement a New Video Management System (VMS) and Access Control System

Description: The project goal is to implement a new Video Management System (VMS) and Access Control System. All work is to be scheduled through Systems and Networks (SAN).

SAN will provide a plan for each location. For comparison, provide the price for the equipment listed and a quote addressing the plan. The solution’s quote should include, but not be limited to:
Include all hardware, licenses, cabling, and any other methods to meet the request.
• Network Switches will be provided by BCC.
• Network cables will be terminated at patch panel.
• Network cables must be green in color for standardization.
• No visible conduit unless approved by IT.
• IP cameras are required for BCC standardization.
• VMS Server will be provided by BCC.
• VMS testing of new devices will be completed.
• Badging Station software.
• Access Control software.
• Implementation must meet all fire and safety codes for the location
• Access Control system programming and testing of all devices must be completed.
