Question: The bid packet states that we need to submit swatches and send the a hard copy of the bid in with our sample. It also states we need to submit a 5% bid bond. Then I noticed in an e-mail it states, “The district is now utilizing Vendor Registry in order to allow for electronic sealed bid submissions (you should NOT submit a hard copy unless otherwise instructed to do so). Please see the attached letter. Once you are registered you will be able to see the bid within the system.” Could you advise if and what we need to send in, OR if we send nothing in and everything gets submitted on Vendor Registry?

Response: The forms required on Page 8 of the RFP in reference to the checklist can be found on the HSD website under Finance & Facilities_Bids & Proposals and you will see the forms at the bottom of that page. (General Bid Specifications) Please see Addendum #2 for answers to your questions.
