Description: The goal of this RFP is to provide a detailed, comprehensive recommendation to the Board of Education as they seek to determine the best option of providing a modern library, now and for future generations. Those options may include the rehabilitation and modernization of the existing building, with or without an addition, demolition of the existing building with reconstruction on the existing site, or relocation and construction of a new building on a different site.

The site visit will allow firms to assess existing conditions and ask questions.
