Question: What are the load in and load out windows before and after the event? We are trying to determine required crew sizes.

Response: Fencing: Installation may begin at 6PM on the Thursday preceding the event date and should be completely in place by 10AM on the Friday preceding the event date. Removal of fencing shall begin no earlier than one (1) hour after the conclusion of the event (typically 4PM) to allow festival grounds to clear and shall be fully removed by 8AM on the day following the event date (typically on the Sunday following the event date). Portables & Sanitizer/Wash Stations: Installation may begin at 8AM on the Friday preceding the event date and should be fully in place by 2PM on the Friday preceding the event date. Removal may begin no earlier than one (1) hour after the conclusion of the event (typically 4PM) to allow festival grounds to clear and shall be fully removed by the end of the first business day following the event (typically by 5PM on the Monday following the event date).
