Question: Kindly advise will you offload? Multiple proposal are acceptable? How soon the University need this or equivalent Mill? What documents are required with our proposal? Vendor Disclosure Statement required after an award?
Response: Not sure what you are asking about offload. If you are asking about delivery we have forklifts. Yes multiple is acceptable. Need this after the Po is issued. The bid fill out complete and if you have the item you are information would help. Vendor disclosure Statement is required with the bid package at time of UAH opening.

Question: We need atleast 2-3 week for shipping? We can't deliver the machine after the PO# issued.

Question: I know after the award a PO will be sent to awarded vendor but I'm talking about the delivery as you told me delivery needed after receipt of PO. We need atleast 3 weeks for delivery after PO.
