Description:

The City of Aztec is requesting quotes to Replace our Number 5 Production Pump at our Water Treatment Plant.   The work under this quote request shall be performed in accordance with the attached Scope of Work and Specifications and shall include:

1. Remove, Transport and Dispose of the Existing Pump and Provide and Install the New Pump  

The selected offerer will disconnect, remove and dispose of the existing Number 5 Pump and provide and install the new Number 5 Production Pump and connect to the existing motor, piping, sensors and controls.  Provide the crane and all materials and equipment necessary to remove the old pump and install the new pump. 

2. Pump Performance Testing.  

The selected offerer will perform a performance test of the pump upon installation.  The test shall be conducted with assistance from City staff, and will test the performance of the pump in meeting the flow and pressure specification. 

The City reserves the right to select any combination of services quotes.  Quote amounts do not include tax.
