Description: The bid package is for construction of Municipal Recreational Complex - Phase 1, Bid No: 15-1019PK including all work shown on the plans and specifications to include but not be limited to the following items: Construction of a 25 space parking lot, sanitary sewer service, water service, electric service, underground storm sewer, above ground detention pond, and earthwork for a future splash pad as shown on the project plans (all splash pad features not in this contract). The low bidder will be determined by the base bid. Copies of the Bid Documents may be available by contacting Lose and Associates, Inc at (615) 242-0040, upon payment of $75.00 for each printed set. There will be no refund to any party for Bid Documents so obtained. No bids will be received by persons not on the official bid list after obtaining official Bid Documents.

Pre-Bid Meeting Details: A pre-bid meeting will be held February 11th, 2015 at 2 pm in the Billy S. Hobbs Municipal Center, 105 College Street, White House, TN 37188. Any questions that can be answered will be answered on this day, and the project site can be viewed.
