Commerce Ave., Sebring, FL 33870 on January 31, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. A MANDATORY PRE-BID meeting will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Wednesday; January 31, 2018, in the Government Center Board Room, 600 S. Commerce Ave., Sebring, FL. 33870. The purpose of this meeting is to provide a forum where the Bidders can familiarize themselves with the Specifications of the Project. The County will only accept Bids from Bidders that are represented during the entire pre-Bid meeting.
