Description: The City of Woodstock, Georgia (City) is soliciting bids from contractors for the purpose of furnishing all materials, labor, tools, equipment, and any other miscellaneous items necessary for the construction of the Project# 2023-01, The Revere Production Well and Treatment Building project.

This project includes, but is not limited to, the installation of a well pump and construction of a treatment building off Revere Drive. The scope of work will include the installation of a well pump, treatment building, water main piping and valves, electrical/controls, chemical feed systems, SCADA system, erosion control, fenced enclosure, grassing and related appurtenances.

Question: Typically if bid is over 25% with GEFA funding they will not allow negotiation to occur between owner and city – or does the owner have other funding available.
