Question: Written spec does not list camera manufacuter, but the camera map shows Verkada. Can Proposal be submitted using Avigilon Cameras, Server, VMS?
Response: As stated on page 19: "* WCS is not promoting a single vendor. The use of Verkada in the internal and external coverage was only to provide an example of the required coverage. It is in no way intended to show vendor bias or preference."

Response: With this being a ground-up design, I am looking for you to provide me with what you would recommend.

Question: Hello, Are we allowed to use the existing Hanwah cameras? If so can we get the specifications of those cameras so we can make the proper storage calculations. thank you,
Response: The part of the building under construction has no existing cameras.

Question: I just want to verify that there is only 1 IDF and 1 MDF. Q&A showed 2 IDF locations but what was attached to show rooms only has 1 IDF and 1 MDF marked.
Response: No both locations are the IDF's for the building. The MDF is located in a part of the building that is not part of the construction.

Question: Would be ideal for the long term plan at Whitfield County Schools to have an IP Video platform that would seamlessly integrate into the existing LenelS2 Netbox Access Control platform that you use? Is your preference for an Open platform NON-Proprietary IP Video solution for this RFP? Annual Software Maintenance of video platform – Should the bidders propose 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 years of coverage with this bid response? Annual Software Maintenance of video platform – Would you like the bidders to price the option for direct call in support for the Manufacturer of the Video VMS Software?
Response: As stated in the meeting that if the Ip Video Platform can integrate into the S2 system, please advise us on what it can offer, however, it is not something currently being discussed or required for this bid. The terms was discussed in the meeting and can be found in the meeting notes that were added to the bid. Quote whatever is needed for us to receive assistance if there is a problem.
