Description: Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the Fox Valley Park District, until the hour of 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, February 27, 2018 at the office of the Fox Valley Park District, Cole Administration Center, 101 W. Illinois Ave., Aurora, Illinois 60506 to provide Portable Restroom Services for the Fox Valley Park District. Proposal specifications and instructions may be accessed from https://www.foxvalleyparkdistrict.org/our-mission/bids-rfps-results/ Proposals will be opened at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, February 27, 2018 in the Cole Center (101 W. Illinois Ave., Aurora, IL 60506). Proposals should be submitted, as per instructions, on the appropriate bid form. Each bidder shall submit three (3) copies of their proposal on the form(s) supplied by the District. Each proposal shall be sealed in an envelope marked “Portable Restroom Services” and delivered to: Fox Valley Park District 101 W. Illinois Avenue Aurora, IL 60506 Attn: Jaime Ijams Proposal received after the appointed time listed above will be unopened and returned. Vendors are responsible for checking for all addenda prior to submitting proposals. The District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive or not to waive any informality therein or, to accept the proposal considered to be in the best interest of the Fox Valley Park District.
