Question: 1. The specifications include “shade system” as well as “shade cloth”. Are they wanting a automated interior shade system or just manually placed shade cloth on the exterior roof? 2. What should the greenhouse be covered with, 8mm polycarbonate or 2-laters of 6mil polyethylene? 3. The electric heater size required for this size house may require 3-phase power be supplied. Will the county provide these utilities?
Response: 1. The specifications include “shade system” as well as “shade cloth.” Are they wanting an automated interior shade system or just manually placed shade cloth on the exterior roof? Automated Interior Shade System and availability to hang flower/fern baskets. What is the width and length of the greenhouse? I want to review the blueprint plan before the construction. 2.
