Proposals for qualifications to provide Energy Consulting Services for opt-out residential and small commercial electrical aggregation for the City of Quincy will be received in the office of the Purchasing Department, City of Quincy, 730 Maine Street, Suite # 226, Quincy, Illinois 62301 until 11:00 o’clock a.m. Monday, October 31, 2022.
