Description: The Town of Bluffton, South Carolina (Town) is seeking proposals from interested and qualified firms with past, proven, positive experiences in providing one or more of the following services: public relations, event planning, and video production services under a fixed rate contract. The target start date for performing these services is September 2024. Offerors may bid on one, two or all three of the services requested.


The Town intends to award one or more contracts depending on the capabilities and experience presented. Proposal packages will be evaluated for those which present the best value to the Town for a period of one (1) year with the option to renew for two (2) additional 1-year periods.
