The City of Hanahan is seeking an experienced design firm for upgrades and renovations to the Steward Street Property in Hanahan, SC. This will be a DESIGN/BID/BUILD Project.
Project will include Kayak Launch, Fishing Piers, Building Upgrades, Pavilion(s) as well as Kitchen warming area and bathroom upgrades to already existing structures. Selected firms will be interviewed and contract negotiation(s) will follow. An RFP will not be submitted.
