Question: What is the delivery address where this equipment will be required to be shipped to? Does it have a dock or ramps to unload a flatbed or stepdeck trailer, or will it have to be delivered at ground level? For the onsite training that is also being requested, please confirm how many participants will need to be trained, and what type of training is preferred (familiarization of controls, service & maintenance, or operators safety training)?
Response: This will be delivered to us here at: 101 support Service Dr We have normal delivery dock at the building. Training should cover all of the listed familiarization of controls, maintenance, & operators safety training.
