This addition is to make everyone aware there was an administrative time error concerning the bid opening time.  The solicitation states the bid opening is at 3:00 PM Eastern Time; which is what we are obligated to comply with.  However, on Vendor registry the time appear as 2:00 PM.  

The Bid Opening for this solicitation will be held at 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.
