SCOPE - 
This document is a formal Request for Bid (RFB) for soliciting qualified vendors who can provide and deliver Groceries and Supplies for the 2020-2021 school year beginning August 1, 2020 and ending June 30, 2021.
1. This is NOT a Prime Vendor Bid - More than one vendor may be accepted
2. All prices will remain firm for this period
3. No delivery or fuel charges will be paid by the District
4. This contract may be extended for one year if both parties agree and there are no price increases

Question: Is it required for the bread to be fresh? We do not provide bread racks and it is delivered frozen Do you require the milk to be rotated and delivered in plastic crates? Our milk is delivered in cardboard and the drivers do not rotate.
