Description: The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to retain the services of a highly qualified firm that will work with the City of Lebanon, Tennessee Utility Department to develop a master plan for the City’s property at 200 Carver Lane. The plan will address the current and future needs of the Utility Department, which includes the Utility Administration Department, Water and Sewer Departments, the Police Evidence Room, and a Satellite Police Office. The project will incorporate the expansion and optimization of office spaces, meeting rooms, training rooms, storage areas, and operational facilities. This plan will ensure that facilities align with the needs of the department, meet operational goals, and provide room for future growth.
