Question: 1. Knowing that minimum quantities is essential to providing pricing commitments, Is Arlington committed to a minimum order quantity of 1000 communication devices? 2. IN "delivery" section number 5, please clarify that the meaning of this requirement, is that the lead time should include delivery time 3. Can the city specify what are the "technical services" on page 14 of the RFP and what is the difference from "Included managements system support and maintenance" also on page 14?

Response: 1. As stated in different sections including Chapter I Section 9 of this contract, the County will not commit to a specific quantity. 2. The Lead Times Section in Chapter II of this contract allows no more than thirty (30) calendar days of lead time from the placement of the order. A normal delivery time will not be counted with that 30-day lead times. 3. The Included Management System Support and Maintenance includes the details the routine services the Contractor must provide under this contract. Any services beyond such routine services that are troubleshooting in nature and required due to the County specific needs that may arise in the future.

Question: We understand that the installation during the initial deployment as well as removal and reinstallation in case of repair during the warranty period, are not part of the contractors scope of services. Please confirm.

Response: That is correct. This is Furnish only contract and any field installation, or removal, is not part of this solicitation.
