Description: The City of Quincy will receive sealed competitive proposals in the Department of Purchasing, City of Quincy, 730 Maine Street, Suite # 226, Quincy, Illinois 62301 until 4:00 o’clock p.m. Thursday, September 8, 2022 the City of Quincy is seeking a qualified firm to provide Other Post-Employment Benefits (OPEB) Trust Fund Management Services.
