Description: The City of Manchester, Tennessee will accept proposals for an HVAC unit. The specifications may be obtained from the Finance Office at 200 West Fort Street, Manchester, TN 37355, or a PDF version can be obtained at cityofmanchestertn.com. All proposals must be returned with an original and a copy, sealed, to the Finance Director's office no later than 10:30am on February 10, 2022. The City of Manchester reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
