Overview:
1. We do not plan on keeping Chromebooks after lease is up.
2. We will evaluate whether to enter into another Chromebook lease or take another path at the end of lease.
3. We only want 5 year lease.

Question: Would a separate leasing option be considered from the awarded equipment vendor?
Response: I may not have understood your question. You may work with a vendor to provide financing. But it would need to go through them.

Question: Must these be new or can they be Certified refurbished models?

Question: Can vendors include optional pricing for protective cases to add value to their bid?
Response: Yes it is ok to include it as an option.

Question: Is there a make and model of chromebook that Whitfield County Schools prefers?
Response: RFP's do not allow us to provide that information. Please submit your solution based on the specs provided in the RFP

Response: Lenovo 100 and 500

Question: Must the screen be exactly 10" or a minimum of 10"? In other words would an 11.6" screen be acceptable?
Response: Most Chromebooks that say they are 10" are 9.7", but we can not accept anything larger as they may not fit in our carts.
