August 20, 2020 at 2:30 P.M., local time. An addendum will be posted before
this date and time with the information to join this meeting. Any bid
received after said time and date of bid opening will not be considered by the
COUNTY. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud via Zoom.
Rockdale County reserves the right to reject any or all bids
