Could you please provide the current fee schedule for Employee benefits consulting services? 4. How long has the current consultant been providing this service? 5. Does the current consultant provide the same scope of services that are included in this RFP? If not, what was added/changed? 6. Has the City had any performance issues with the current carriers/vendors?

If fully-insured, would a level or self-funded arrangement be considered? 2) What is the carrier/network for medical, dental, life, and disability? 3) For medical, what has been the average enrollment over the last 12 months in each tier (employee only, employee + spouse, employee + child(ren), employee + family)? 4) What is the current benefit administration system and how was it accessed? 5) Does this RFP/consulting service fee include retirement benefits? 6) What has been the average annual hours billed under the consulting fee for the last 3 years? 7) Will the contract allow the chosen agency to receive commissions from carriers on fully-insured lines in addition to the hourly consulting fee? 8) Would performance-based contracts where compensation is derived from meeting mutually set goals be entertained? 9) Is there a retainer in addition to the hourly consulting fee? If so, is this credited towards the consulting hours billed or is this in addition to?
