Description:

It is the intent of this contract to replace the preceding County road paving and drainage agreement, PD 16-17.081, General Paving and Drainage.

The contractual agreement resulting from this solicitation will be for firms to perform a wide range of projects in an economical and timely manner.  These projects may consist of, but are not limited to, projects related to drainage, roadway widening, dirt road paving, community improvement, Safe Route to School, traffic calming, roadway reconstruction, resurfacing, etc.  No single project shall exceed $250,000.00 in total value or have more that twenty-five percent (25%) of its value in Balance-of-Line items.
