Description:

The principal features of the Project are:

To provide all labor, materials and equipment to construct the Tower Street Sidewalk Improvements ADA Transition Plan project in accordance with the plans and specifications. The work consists of, but not limited to, the removal of existing concrete sidewalk, adding new concrete sidewalk, installation of detectable warning surfaces, and installation of sod within the rights-of-way of Tower Street as depicted in Exhibit A. Maintenance of traffic will be the responsibility of the Contractor. The Contractor shall have forty (45) days to complete the Project after the issuance of the Notice to Proceed to run.
