Description: The Borough currently uses a mixture of services including desktops, laptops, servers, switches, carrier services, Hosted IP phone system. The Borough seeks to replace services supporting site listed in the table below. There may be some services deemed as no longer needed and the Vendor must assist with the “clean-up” and cancellation of any unnecessary services. The service will be replaced via a phased approach, the details of which will be determined with the successful proposal prior to contract execution. The Borough is interested in agreements up to 36 months. Please note, structured cabling is not a component of this RFP.

Type of Addition: Technology Managed Services Required Bid Documents
Overview: Please see the required Bid Documents. This will not include a pricing sheet. That is included within the bid specifications under VII. Pricing. It is acceptable to include your pricing within VII , or attach a supplemental document that includes their own pricing worksheet.

Question: I have reviewed the requests posted on your website. One calls for a new Unified Communication Platform and the other request Technology Managed Services yet they appear to be the same request with the exception of the requested term being 36 months vs. 60 months. Which is correct? Also they attached document under Technology Managed Services lists the criteria but does not include the required forms which are indicated under the Unified Communications request. If these are required can you please forward the appropriate forms?
Response: We have uploaded the required documents as the attachment. A notification went out through Vendor Registry this morning. Within that it also explains that the Pricing sheet can be attached to your proposal, or added within section VII. Pricing. Thank you
