Description:

Sealed bids for the Washington Street Sanitary & Storm Sewer Improvements will be received from Contractors by the City of Prattville, Alabama (Owner) at City Hall, 101 West Main Street, Prattville, Alabama until 10:30 A.M., the prevailing time, on Thursday, June 25, 2020, at which time the bids shall be publicly opened and read.  Sealed bids submitted prior to the bid opening should be clearly marked on the outside of the envelope and sent to the City Clerk’s Office Attn: Cathy Dickerson, 101 West Main Street, Prattville, AL 36067. In general, the project includes, but is not limited to: 18,” 10” and 8” ductile iron gravity sewers, manholes, 48”, 42,” 36,” 24,” and 18” RCP (CL III) Storm pipe, milling, paving, traffic striping, grassing, and clean up. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities in the bids and bidding deemed to be in the best interests of the Owner, and to reject non-conforming, non-responsive, or conditional bids.  No Bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty days from the date set for receiving the bids.
