Description: PART 1 - GENERAL
1.01 Work Covered by the Contract Documents
A. The project intent is to expand Pond 314 with the construction and piped connection of two new ponds and replace fencing around Ponds 312 and 313.
B. The WORK covered by the CONTRACT Documents includes removing dilapidated wooden fence and install galvanized chain-link fencing around Ponds 312 and 313. Includes excavation, grading, sodding, piping and fencing the two expansion ponds east of County Pond 314 and other WORK as shown on the construction drawings and described in the specifications.
1.02 Work Sequence
A. The work sequence will be determined by the CONTRACTOR.
1.03 Contractor’s Use of Premises
A. The CONTRACTOR may use the Permanent Drainage Easements within the construction limits and the area within the temporary construction easement.
B. CONTRACTOR shall assume full responsibility for safety at the work site for all workers and visitors.
C. The CONTRACTOR shall send proper notices, make all necessary arrangements, and perform all services required in the care and maintenance of all OWNER and public utilities within the construction limits.

Question: 1. On dewatering actives is there going to be a specific location on dewatering, or will we be able to dewater down the FDOT bar ditch. 2.A copy of the Geotechnical report? 3.REGULAR EXCAVATION materials are to be disposal of at a location of our choosing? or will they be stocked piled at the laydown location for tracking of CY moved? 4.Where is the laydown location ? 5.Is all aspect of survey being covered by site contractor if so what line item should it be placed under?
