Sealed Bids: Sealed bids for
the installing of Automated Meter
Reading System for the Jones County Board of Commissioners will be received by The Jones County Board of Commissioners until 11:00 a.m. on January 12, 2021 at the Jones County Board of
Commissioners, 166 Industrial Blvd., Gray, GA
31032, ATTN: Ms. Leslie Faulk or
Mr. Jason Rizner at which time and place all Bids will be publicly opened and
read in the Commission Chambers, local time prevailing. No bid may be withdrawn after the closing time for receipt of bids for a period
of sixty (60) days.
2.
Work To Be Done: The work to be done
shall consist of installing approximately
2,150 AMR water meters for the Jones County Board of
Commissioners, as shown in the Bid Form and Specifications. New meters
will be provided by Jones County.

Reservation of Rights: The Owner,
reserves the right to reject any or all bids, including without limitation, the
rights to reject any or all non conforming, non responsive, unbalanced or
conditional Bids and to reject the Bid of any Bidder of Owner believes that it
would not be in the best interest of the Project to make an award to that
Bidder, whether because the Bid is not responsive or the Bidder is unqualified
or of doubtful financial ability or fails to meet any other pertinent standard
or criteria established by the Owner.
