Description: The property located at 3645 Canada Rd is being acquired by the City of Lakeland. This project includes demolition of all structures, signs, debris removal, and site stabilized.
The Contractor will be responsible for all permitting and inspections (if required), and all MLGW disconnections. An asbestos survey has been completed. A copy of the report is included in Appendix A.

Pre-Bid Meeting Details: A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 11:00 a.m., Local Time, January 25, 2024, at Lakeland City Hall. A site tour may be held to review the Project following this conference.
