Description: Sealed competitive proposals will be received in the office of the Purchasing Department, City of Quincy, 730 Maine Street, Suite # 226, Quincy, Illinois 62301 until 4:00 o’clock p.m. Thursday, January 26, 2023 where the City of Quincy is seeking to provide a payment collection system for city utility customers, including water/sewer and garbage collection customers. The City seeks to offer its utility customers the ability to process their payments via multiple payment options.
