Overview: Q: On the Statement of Qualifications, Required Attachment 4, they are asking for an audited balance sheet for the last 3 years. We do not do audited balance sheets annually and the majority of contractor’s do not. Can we submit either a CPA Reviewed Financial Statement for the past 3 years or a Letter from our Surety Stating our bonding capacity and single project limit in lieu of this?
