Sealed bid proposals for the 1006, 1008, 1010, 1012, 1014, 1016 WOLFE STREET DEMOLITION within the City of Brunswick will be received at the City Hall, 601 Gloucester Street, Brunswick, Georgia, Attention City Planner, until 10:00 A.M., legal prevailing time on Tuesday, Oct 13, 2021, at that time to be publicly opened and read aloud. No Bid may be withdrawn after closing for a period of 30 calendar days.
This project consists of furnishing all labor, materials and equipment necessary for Demolition of the structure at 1006, 1008, 1010, 1012, 1014, 1016 Wolfe Street, including cleanup and any incidental work thereto to complete the project. All work is to meet specifications and/or standards of the City of Brunswick and to include any addendums thereof.
