Notice is hereby given by the County of Sierra and the Sierra County Flood Commission and Road Department for Professional Services- 2019-08-011 CONSTRUCTION MANAGER SERVICES, for Sierra County, as described and outlined in the RFP, located at the Sierra County website http://www.sierraco.org – Vendor Registry under the Procurement Link. NO Mandatory Pre-Proposal. Questions pertaining to this RFP will be accepted up to September 12, 2019 by 2:00 PM. See EXHIBIT B. Please, email or return written questions to the Chief Procurement Officer: jholguin@sierraco.org. The entire packet may be obtained at the Sierra County Administration Building, located at 855 Van Patten, T or C, NM 87901 and the County Website. Submittals are due by September 28, 2019 @ 2:00PM MNT. All proposals must be received at time indicated, after said time, submittals will be REJECTED and RETURNED un-opened.  The County reserves the right to cancel this RFP at any time. PROPOSALS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE WITH THE RFP NUMBER AND DUE DATE CLEARLEY INDICATED ON THE BOTTOM LEFT-HAND SIDE OF THE FRONT ENVLOPE. A DISK/DRIVE OF THE RFP SHALL BE SUBMITTED WITH THE DOCUEMENTS AS WELL.   All questions should be directed in WRITING to the Sierra County Chief Procurement Officer, Ms. Holguin.
