Description: The City of Belle Meade Police Dept. will accept sealed bids for sixteen (16) body-worn cameras and sixteen (16) in-car cameras. Sealed bids will be accepted at the Belle Meade City Hall., 4705 Harding Road, Nashville, TN 37205 until 10:00 AM CST on Tuesday, January 13, 2025, at which time said quotes will be publicly opened and read aloud.

Bid specifications may be obtained after 12 noon, CST, on Friday, December 12, 2025, at Belle Meade City Hall or at https://citybellemeade.org/finance/.

The City reserves the right to waive informalities and to reject any and all bids.
