Description:

The Escambia County Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) is soliciting bids for a Home Inspector for weatherization improvements. For each structure, the inspector shall identify any previous mitigation improvements as well as any mitigation deficiencies. The inspector shall further provide a Scope of Work, Uniform Mitigation Verification Form and Property Information Sheet. Inspection Services will be needed for 5-10 homes. Actual number of homes could be more or less depending on funding. The bid must include cost per inspection/transaction. The Inspector must also submit copy of his/her License and Certificates of Insurance for General Liability, Auto and Workers Compensation.
