The Jackson County Board of Commissioners and the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office will be accepting sealed proposals for Inmate Healthcare Services at the Jackson County Jail until
Wednesday, November 12, 2025, at 10:00 AM EST. At that time, the proposals will be opened in the Finance Department Conference Room of the Jackson County Administrative Building at
4965 Jackson Parkway, Jefferson, GA 30549. Only the names of the vendors will be read.

A pre-bid meeting will be held at the Jackson County Jail, 555 Stan Evans Dr., Jefferson, GA, at 9:00 AM on Wednesday October 22, 2025. Interested vendors are encouraged to attend. All
questions and inquiries must be submitted in writing by 5:00 PM EST on October 31, 2025 to Kenneth Morris, Purchasing Manager at kmorris@jacksoncountygov.com and Capt. Rodericus
Knox at rknox@jacksoncountysheriff.us.
