Question: Is a bid bond required? I didn't see any mention of a bid bond and I want to make sure.

Response: If the total cost is less than $25,000.00, a bid bond will not be required.

Question: If the total is above 25k what percent should the bid bond be? What is the total number of calendar days?

Response: Purchasing will need to respond to the % of bond needed for the project. The total number of calendar days is listed on page #1 of the scope of work attached to the solicitation.

Question: Will the contractor be expected to complete all stucco, EIFS, and structural repairs that are not pictured in the scope of work?

Response: Only the repairs listed in the SOW will be approved as these are the only ones reported as Hurricane Sally damages. Any other damages will be repaired under another contract.
